Meet Pat,
who enjoys working for herself and controlling her own destiny. “My businesses have always been about making sure my clients are being taken care of, the way I expect to be taken care of—I love the variety of people and projects; it never gets boring.”
The printing business draws on Pat’s creative nature and skills, as much as it counts on her attention to detail and perfectionism. Throughout her early life she was exposed to art and business. Her family owned a furniture store, and her father was also an interior designer. This allowed Pat to gain experience in everything from bookkeeping to design and sales, to creating ads for the newspaper.
Pat met Don in 1977, they married in 1982, and together they began Eugene Forms, Inc., in 1983.

In Pat’s leisure time, she enjoys her knitting business. With a love for fashion, art and knitting, she creates purses that are utilitarian, fashionable and walking pieces of textural artwork. (www.purseknitty.com)
Meet Don,
who began his printing career in 1978, at Apex Engraving Company in Los Angeles. A full service printing company, it was there he worked and trained in an assortment of printing processes. He earned the position as their National Sales Manager, working with top graphic designers, for companies such as Disney, Dean Witter, Reynolds, Vidal Sassoon, and the City of Los Angeles.
In 1981, Don moved to Eugene, OR, to take a position with a national paper distributor. (Blake, Moffit & Towne; now Unisource). In 1983, he and Pat started Eugene Forms, Inc., a distributor of custom printed forms, stock paper, ribbons, toners and supplies. In 2008, they decided to close their stock paper business and warehouse, to concentrate on the printing business. EFI Printer’s Alliance continues to reflect their good name and reputation, but with attention to their new focus and direction.
